Here are some common types of anxiety symptoms that I have worked with:

When you’re ready to begin your journey with anxiety counseling, follow these steps:
The first step is emailing (sarah@forwardoutlookcounseling.com), or completing the contact form to book an initial consult.
Next, once we have that consult and make sure we are a good fit for your counseling journey, we schedule our first session.
Then, you will get an email with a link to fill out initial paperwork.
After that, we have our first therapy session either in person or virtually to begin overcoming and reducing your anxiety.
